On Sunday, May 4, 2008 the EGA H.O.P.E. Fund was launched during the 10:30 a.m. service.  The launch took the form of a brief introduction by Pastor Llewellyn followed by an outline of the general purpose, administration and funding which defines the implementation and future management of the fund.

There was also an acknowledgement of the pioneering vision of the late Pastor Albert Karram and his sterling contribution to the building of churches and schools across Jamaica linked to the outstretched hand of Christ in St. Matthew 19:14 but Jesus said “Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me, for of such is the kingdom of heaven”
